Tashkhela Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Users

Tashkhela (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. This Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") governs the legal relationship between you ("User") and Tashkhela.

Account security is entirely the user's responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, changing it regularly, and reporting any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

After registration, Tashkhela may request additional verification information at any time. Failure to comply with such a request may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

All financial transactions on Tashkhela are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We only accept legitimate payment methods.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• No processing fees on deposits.
• Only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

• Withdrawals will not be permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been met after claiming a bonus.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or proxies will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of issue.
• Tashkhela reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Cashback bonuses apply to net losses only and can be withdrawn directly as cash.

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred friend must open a new account and complete the required deposit and wagering amount. Simply registering an account is not sufficient to earn the referral bonus.

All at Tashkhela Betting activities are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a specific cash-out option is available.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Tashkhela reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Live betting may be subject to a delay — if an event's outcome is determined within the delay window, the bet will be voided.
• Maximum winnings may vary depending on the specific event and betting category.
• If match-fixing or foul play is suspected, the relevant bet will be placed on hold pending investigation.

For cricket betting, the official results of the International Cricket Council (ICC) are final. For football, the results issued by the relevant federation apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tashkhela platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonus offers.
• Arbitrage betting or systematically exploiting odds errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the origin of illicit funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to obtain account details from other users.
• Helping minors open an account or assisting them with betting in any way.

Tashkhela reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• This Terms & Conditions violate.
• If false information is found to have been provided during verification.
• If suspicious or unusual financial activity is detected.
• If involved in any of the prohibited activities.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. Before closing, wait for all pending bets to be settled and withdraw your remaining balance.

Tashkhela reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited in error due to technical issues. If such an error is identified, the affected user will be notified.

Tashkhela may at any time amend these Terms & Conditions may update. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
• A notice will be posted on the platform's home page.
• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
